  • Fee for orders under $42.99: $2.99
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Same day if ordered before 4PM (Mon–Fri), next business day if after

• Standard Delivery - Outside Panama City

  • Coverage: Areas outside of Panama City
  • Fee: $2.99
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
  • NO Free-Shipping Option Available

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 4PM on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

• Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags)
    
  • Returns must be requested within 10 calendar days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Final sale and specific discounted items
  • Worn or damaged items

• Return Process

2. Our team will guide you through the steps to complete your return or exchange.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue an exchange or store credit (gift card) within 1–5 business days.
