Shipping policy

CRZ YOGA PANAMA is committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how deliveries within Panama work.

1. Shipping coverage

We currently only ship within the Republic of Panama. We do not accept international orders at this time.

2. Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are eligible for same-day delivery in Panama City.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you can contact us at any time for a delivery update.

3. Delivery and tracking

We do not offer live tracking numbers, but our support team is happy to give you a delivery update at any time.
Estimated delivery times:
- Panama City: same day if ordered before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday); otherwise, the next business day.
- Outside Panama City: 1–2 business days.
- 🚫 We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday are delivered the following Monday.

4. Shipping rates

Free delivery anywhere in Panama on orders of 2 or more items.
Orders with 1 item: $2.99 delivery.

We will not change shipping rates after purchase without prior notice.

5. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping details. CRZ YOGA PANAMA is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery at support@crzyogapty.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos, if possible.
